There are many great philosophi­cal questions.

2. Why is heaven so desirable if any of your loved ones are still on Earth? Answer: Heaven also charges exorbitant property taxes, so ...

3. We know dogs do, but do humans have a soul? Answer: No.

4. And, most important, where can you show up this weekend and see CD release parties? Answer: Two places, actually.

Steve Elci & Friends celebrate the release of their latest album of children’s music (that adults will love, too), “Jump in the Puddle,” with a performanc­e Friday in New London at Captain Scott’s Lobster Dock.

And T Wreck, a local synth/bass + pocket quartet, plays in support of their “NO NADA” EP at the Credabel Coral Lab in New London. Denim Panther and Falconeer are also on the bill.
