Groton City Nathaniel S. Lindsey, 23, of 512 Thames St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug parapherna­lia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and driving with a suspended license or registrati­on.

Groton Town Abknell R. Mahon, 42, of 264 Washington St., Apt. A4, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal, driving without a license, driving an unregister­ed vehicle, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Traci A. Algiere, 46, of 90 North St., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Melanie A. Fulton, 40, of 67 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, third-degree burglary of a motor vehicle and violating a protective order.

New London William Spratt, 42, of Chicago, Ill., was charged Saturday with two counts failure to appear in court, failure to respond to an infraction, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

State Police — Montville Kirsten Gunning, 43, of Baltic, was charged Saturday in Sprague with violation of a protective order.

Michael P. Cole, 62, of Baltic, was charged Saturday in Sprague with violation of a protective order.

Ernest B. Young, 58, of 104 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Saturday in Norwich with interferin­g with a police officer or resisting an arrest and first-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Stonington Ceara H. Hayes, 30, of 54 Winnipaug Road, Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christophe­r M. Saucier, 35, of 82 Longwood St., Apt. 12, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

David D. Rose, 45, of 44 Liberty St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Jason R. Kowalski, 46, of 219 Candlewood Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonab­ly fast and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Gina M. Gabinetti, 22, of 7 Jackson Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with breach of peace and interferin­g with a police officer.

Alicia L. Tift, 31, of 1051 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 2, Groton, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerme­nt, improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle.
