East Lyme Penny A. Brown, 46, of 84 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

Phyllip Hammon Jr., 34, of 170 Flanders Road, Apt. R-1, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Daniel Maikowski, 35, of Old Saybrook, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich Paul Tomasto, 26, of 13 Meeting Place, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey stop sign.

Justin Buchanan, 41, of 35 Cottage St., Groton, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Carollyn Yerkes, 52, of 44 Norwich Ave., Lot 24, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Keith J. Jones, 43, of 87 Fifth St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass.

Lila J. Lewellen, 35, of 87 Fifth St. was charged Monday with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Jose G. Rivera, 34, of 5 S. Third Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ernest Brown, 58, of 150 Norwich Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with failure to register as a sex offender.

Stonington Jarel J. General, 37, of 26 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree breach of peace.

Sherry L. Spencer, 47, of 26 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Christy J. Combs, 42, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, failure to drive right, unsafe backing and driving too slowly.
