East Lyme Rachael Marsie, 32, of 40 Old Black Point Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and evading responsibility.

Groton City Darrlye J. Hill, 55, of 82 Stillman Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emily Luciano, 41, of 104 Mather Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town Jessie Green, 22, of Troy, Ohio, was charged July 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Thomas Hodgkinson, 57, of 131 Water St., Stonington, was charged Thursday with public indecency and breach of peace.

Ryan Benoit, 27, of 58 North Stonington Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian Greenwold, 38, of Lisbon, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jeffrey Leclercq, 51, of 44 Sequin Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlamps lit.

Robert Martell, 75, of 301 Buddington Road, Apt. 51, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, assault on a police officer and interfering with a police officer.

New London Emmanuel Velasquez, 20, of 71 Randolph Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

James Clark, 56, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with first-degree trespass and breach of peace. Stonington Alisa J. Robinson, 24, of 127 Potter Hill Road, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Elena B. Dolan, 46, of 1 Canberra Court was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and child endangerment while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael L. Woodward, 49, of 172 Whitehall Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michelle M. Goulart, 48, of 779 Stonington Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
