East Lyme William Perkowski, 47, of 14 Atwood Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Joseph E. Allen, 25, of 4A Josan Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich Paul Hillman, 59, of 1018 Grassy Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

Ryan Wilson, 28, of 37 S. Second Ave. was charged Sunday with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Hector Roa, 29, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count each of possession of heroin and possession of marijuana.

James Vargas, 34, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged Aug. 18 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Salahadin Surur-Hill, 18, of 22 Terrace Ave. was charged Aug. 17 with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Jeffrey A. Balch, 41, of 7 Maple Court, Waterford, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, distracted driving, improper use of markers and failure to drive right.

Laura A. Roderick, 49, of 22 Downer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and failure to drive right.
