Michael Giordano, 66, of 300 Brandegee Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Rachael Sizer, 26, of 59 Hinckley St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Roberto Ruiz, 29, of 56 Anthony Road, New London, was charged Aug. 27 with second-degree breach of peace, violation of probation, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerme­nt and third-degree criminal mischief.

Brayan Tavarez-Nunez, 18, of 216 Branford Ave., was charged Aug. 27 with driving without a license, having a weapon in a motor vehicle, improper use of a marker plate and failure to have the minimum insurance.

Pernell Young, 28, of 357a Norwich Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and failure to obey control signal.

Daniel Brailey, 35, of 94 Georgia St., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatenin­g.
