Milton, N.H. — Nancy W. (Chase) Hall, 81, of 11 Ford Farm Road, Milton, N.H., died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, at home.

She was born April 21, 1937, the daughter of Leslie O. Chase I and Doris (Fortier) Chase. A 1955 graduate of Nute High School, Nancy graduated with honors from McIntosh Business College in 1956. She worked in the secretaria­l pool at Clarostat in Dover, N.H., where she met her future husband, Marshall P. “Pete” Hall. They married in 1959, living in Dover before moving to Ledyard in 1966, where they raised their family.

Nancy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmothe­r, never missing a music concert, ball game or tournament. An avid bowler, Nancy bowled for nearly 30 years in the “Triple S” league in Groton. She was a lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox and enjoyed trips to Fenway with her children and grandchild­ren.

Before retiring back to Milton, Nancy had been employed as a slot attendant at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantuck­et.

She was predecease­d by her husband, Pete, in 2002; and by her daughter, Susan, in 2005.

Nancy is survived by her two brothers, Lee and George; her two children, Michael and Linda; and by several grandchild­ren.

As per Nancy’s wishes, there will be no services and burial will be private. Instead, an open house will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11 Ford Farm Road, Milton, N.H.
