James Reid, 37, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Juan Uran, 20, of 94 Williams St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a red light and driving without insurance.

Matthew Riley, 35, of 26 Tilley St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Darrin Harris, 41, of 35 Chestnut St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, fifth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery.

Francisco Romero-Hernandez, 23, of Willimantic was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.

Heather J. Schmitt, 36, of 24 Starwood Drive, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

Fatima Asif, 18, of 81 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Justin M. Smith, 41, of 119 Jeremy Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.
