Rigoberto Ramos-Almonte, 22, of 59 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving while registrati­on or license is refused or suspended.

Kevin Smith, 34, of 3 Colonial Drive was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, threatenin­g, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulat­ion, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and interferin­g with an officer.

Teresa S. Perry, 57, of 314 Shennecoss­ett Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

John Andrew Cosby III, 32, of 180 Midway Oval was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief and violation of protective order.

Michael T. Hodges, 59, of 19 Summer St., No. 1, New London, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Kathrine G. Stevens, 44, of 33 Plymouth Ave. South was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
