New London Eric Harris, 54, of 72 Connecticut Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree strangulation, breach of peace and two counts of third-degree assault.

Reid Judd, 59, of 195 Williams St., Apt. A, was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Kevin E. Hughes, 19, of Madison, was charged Sunday with first-degree trespass.

Jonathan Lawlor, 45, of no certain address was charged Sunday with forgery.

Norwich Tieara Hall, 28, of 190 Broad St., New London, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Algernon Stone, 47, of 75 Spring St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Amy Fitzgerald, 49, of 9A Fountain St. was charged Sunday with prostitution.

Nastacia Ebron, 30, of 257 Boswell Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

State Police — Montville Jeffrey S. Kiff, 53, of 99 Cedar St., Apartment 46C, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Yoshean Agron, 24, of New Haven, was charged Sunday in Montville with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Alicia R. Gonzalez, 39, of Milford, was charged Thursday in Montville with risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Stonington Bertie C. Smith, 39, of Richmond, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a defective tail light.

Michael A. Magee, 37, of 20 Eska Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Brian N. Dealmeida, 22, of Bristol, R.I., was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
