POLICE SEEK MAN IN SELF-STORAGE UNIT THEFTS IN GRISWOLD

Stephanie R. Proulx, 26, of Chester was charged Dec. 6 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Gary Stewart, 40, of Monson, Mass., was charged Dec. 1 with second-degree breach of peace.

Luis David Serrano, 33, of Waterbury was charged Sunday on a warrant with fifth-degree larceny.

Elijah T. White, 33, of New Haven was charged Sunday on a warrant with fifth-degree larceny.

Claudio Richard Smith Soto-Enciso, 27, of 168 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Dec. 4 on warrants with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Rosemary Gibson, 28, of 247 Williams St., New London, was charged Dec. 3 with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert D. Alix, 19, of Fairfield was charged Dec. 2 with second-degree breach of peace and unlawful restraint.

Edward Dibene, 50, of North Haven was charged Dec. 1 with second-degree breach of peace and interferin­g with an officer.

Griswold — Connecticu­t State Police are seeking informatio­n on break-ins and thefts at the CubeSmart self-storage facility at 1065 Voluntown Road.

Police said that between 10:19 p.m. Tuesday and 3:37 a.m. Wednesday, a masked white man cut the locks on 17 storage units and took items.

Police believe he was driving a silver or gray 2004-2008 Ford F-150 with a short bed. The vehicle last was seen heading west on Voluntown Road toward I-395.
