Amy Jagaczewski, P.E., of GNCB Consulting Engineers, P.C., in Old Saybrook has been named principal in the firm. Jagaczewski joined GNCB in 2012 and specializes in the investigation, analysis and rehabilitation of historic structures. Recent projects include the stabilization and adaptive reuse of Holdredge Garage in Westerly.
