Giddel K. Falcon, 40, of 129 Elm St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under suspension, failure to carry minimum insurance, no plate/ insert, failure to have stop lamps/ turn signals and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Mariano Ortiz, 45, of Bristol was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

James J. Case, 46, of 273 South Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stop sign violation, and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

New London

Keith Rochefort, 35, of no certain address was charged Friday with two counts of violation of probation.

Roderick Coleman, 51, of 40 Greenway Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and improper signaling.

Darrell Taylor, 38, of 281 Crystal Ave. was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana.

Marie Conceptia Augustin, 22, of 225 Broad St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to infractions.

Yolanda Denise Clark, 47, of 287 Main St., Apt. 3B, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gabriel Ramos, 29, of Hartford was charged Saturday with engaging police in a pursuit, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, reckless driving, two counts of driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.

Jason Michael Bennett Osborn, 24, of 537 Chesterfield Road, Montville, was charged Thursday with first-degree robbery.

Andrew Guzman, 34, of 20 Pratt St., New London, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order.
