Darnell B. Myrick, 43, of 13 Archer Court, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to display lights.

Groton Town

Jesse Bridget Umphreys, 21, of 475 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday on a warrant for conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and driving while license is suspended.

Laurencia Erin Danyelle Laurent, 25, of 69 Whittle St., Mystic, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Courtney Kelly, 29, of 151 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, was charged Thursday with third-degree possession of child pornography.

New London

John Fleming, 32, of 72 West St. was charged Monday with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of a large-capacity magazine, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of theft of a firearm and criminal possession of ammunition.

Craig Mitchell, 46, of 500 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

Jennifer Mitchell, 46, of 500 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Bevan Sweet, 57, of 28 Havey Lane was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Christine Chester, 22, of Griswold was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

Alicia Lattimore, 33, of 30 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Dec. 4 with driving with a suspended license.

Patrick Dyer, 35, of Colchester was charged Monday with unauthorized possession of narcotics, improper registration or license, failing to meet minimum insurance coverage, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey a control signal.

Luis Alberto Martinez, 31, of Hartford was charged Nov. 17 with driving with a suspended license, failing to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper registration and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Damajaa G. Clarke, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Tuesday in Groton with driving without a license and reckless driving.
