NORWICH SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE FREE ‘GRAB-AND-GO’ MEALS FOR STUDENTS

Norwich — Norwich Public Schools Food Service will provide free “graband-go” breakfast and lunch weekdays beginning Monday to Norwich public school and Wildwood Christian School students at 19 city locations during the school closures.

The meals are available to Norwich public school and Wildwood Christian school students and household siblings age 18 or younger. Locations and times are as follows:

Former Buckingham School site, 142 Washington St., 10 to 10:15 a.m.

Occum Park, 11 Taftville-Occum Road, 10 to 10:15 a.m.

Samuel Huntington School (in front), 80 W. Town St., 10 to 10:15 a.m.

Kelly Middle School, 25 Mahan Drive (cafeteria side door), 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Uncas School, 281 Elizabeth St. (side parking lot), 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Wequonnoc School, 155 Providence St., 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Veterans’ Memorial School, 80 Crouch Ave. (front of school), 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Rose Hill Apartments, 10 Gregory Road (by playground), 11 to 11:15 a.m.

Sandy Lane Apartments, 200 Sandy Lane (by playground), 11 to 11:15 a.m.

Bishop School, 526 E. Main St. (front of school), 11 to 11:15 a.m.
