Jonathan K. Blondin, 30, of 466 Norwich Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Andrew Robicheau, 29, of 92 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Elijah A. Agosto, 22, of 90 Sandy Lane was charged July 25 with interfering with police.

Robert B. Thorburn, 21, of 162 Harland Road was charged Aug. 14 with third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call.

Gwendolyn M. Andersen, 18, of 314 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Aug. 16 with illegal purchase of alcohol by a minor.

Matthew L.W. Gibson, 49, of 268 Flanders Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Stephanie Monteiro, 54, of no certain address was charged Thursday with two counts of fifth-degree larceny.

Bryanna Britt, 26, of 32 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Thursday with failure to register a vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to display reflectorized plates and failure to have insurance.

Jason Lamb, 30, of 203 Shaw St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, tampering with an ignition device, driving while under the influence with a passenger under 18 years of age, driving while under the influence with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to have insurance, misuse of plates and failure to drive in the proper lane.
