Rodolfo Ortiz, 39, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Ellis Torres, 26, of East Hartford was charged Aug. 31 with reckless driving, driving while under suspension, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to have insurance and failure to display plates.

Tyquann Mitchell, 28, of 74 Blackhall St. was charged Aug. 31 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Ralph Pierce, 39, of Lisbon was charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree threatening.

Cameron J. Latour, 21, of Bozrah was charged Friday in Montville with violation of a protective order.

Kendrel L. Dawson, 24, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than a halfounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of plates, driving a vehicle without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.
