Elizabeth Concepcion, 34, of Newark, N.J., was charged Monday with third-degree robbery and second-degree larceny.

Eduardo Stricker-Plaza, 34, of 93 State Pier Road, E10, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Daniel Steven, 19, of 93 State Pier Road, E10, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Ramon Lebby, 37, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with violation of protective order and interfering with an officer.

Raquel Ayala, 56, of 89 Vauxhall St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Carmelo Dejesus, 22, of West Hartford was charged Saturday in North Stonington with conspiracy to commit violation of a protective order.

Lea L. Champlin, 41, of 1B Lincoln Park Ext., Preston, was charged Saturday in Preston with violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Thomas Halleran, 39, of Cheshire was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey traffic signal.

Heather Hall, 37, of 85 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

Britta Widham, 23, of 239 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Reid Sherwin, 27, of 3 Center Road was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer and third-degree assault and Sunday with reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal mischief.
