Manuel Ortiz-Belardo, 25, of 13 Pilgrim Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and making an improper turn.

Robert L. Draleau, 57, of 42 Spring Garden Ave., A-3, was charged Aug. 26 with four counts of failure to register as a nonviolent sex offender.
