Donnelly clear choice in 47th House District

Kate Donnelly is clearly the best choice for state representative in the 47th District.

At a time when our country is suffering from the dual catastrophes of COVID-19 and the resulting economic collapse, we need competent and experienced leadership. As first selectman of Hampton, Donnelly was able to lower property taxes and reduce the town’s energy costs by 50% while passing a Right-To-Farm ordinance. She also has 10 years of experience in managing statewide programs for energy efficiency and solar energy, helping many homeowners and businesses save on their energy bills.

Kate Donnelly will put our safety first! Unlike her opponent, Donnelly understands that our economy can only recover if we follow the advice of medical experts. Wearing masks, keeping social distancing, and making testing and contact tracing available to all will reduce the COVID-19 rates of infection faster, saving lives and allowing the re-opening of businesses.

We need that kind of can-do and has-done legislator in Hartford to lead Connecticut to a more prosperous future. Kate Donnelly is the only candidate who has the experience and know-how to restore our jobs and protect our health. I urge you to cast your vote for Donnelly.
