Cornelius Hargrove, 48, of 5 Lower Blvd. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Shareefe Flanders, 36, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, selling narcotics and selling narcotics within 1,500 feet of a public school.

Amoni A. Williams, 21, of 50 Lincoln Ave. was charged Wednesday with violating a protective order.

Robert Delgado, 21, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with police.

Isaias Moreno-Santoni, 54, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Nov. 8 with breach of peace, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal trespassing and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Gregory Lopez, 53, of 83 Mansfield Road, No. 103, was charged Nov. 8 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Carlos Delvalle, 46, of 7 Jefferson Ave., second floor, was charged Nov. 8 with violating a protective order.

Quincy Baker, 20, of 116 Viets St., No. B2, was charged Nov. 8 with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Melissa Morrell, 33, of 204 Morse Ave. was charged Nov. 7 with failure to pass on the right, evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

Gabriel A. Rivera, 37, was charged Nov. 7 for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and misuse of plate.

Kianna Markham, 22, of 60 Hawthorne Drive was charged Nov. 6 with breach of peace.

Jesus Lugu, 40, of 122 Ashcroft Road, first floor, was charged Nov. 6 with third-degree assault, breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

Juan Jimenez, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Nov. 6 with three counts of second-degree criminal mischief.

Esquilin Kason, 36, of 28 Franklin St. was charged Nov. 6 with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Michael Edward Howard, 56, of 40 Blackhall St. was charged Nov. 5 with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Darren James Thompson, 43, of Stamford was charged Wednesday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Larry Charles Cloutier, 34, of Baltic was charged Monday in Montville with violation of probation; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; driving or parking an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker, license or registration; driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
