Fabiola Bastian-Mojica, 40, of 197 Seaside Ave., Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Anderson Francisco-Perez, 24, of 64 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
