Neock Colebut, 61, of 537 Bank St. Apt. 5, New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with interfering with an officer, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates.

Eric J. Prachniak, 57, of 31 Millan Terrace, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with reckless driving, evading responsibility, driving without a license, failure to drive right and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Aaron B. Ellison, 55, of Clinton was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Patrick J. Dooley, 23, of 13 Marie Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Ryan Young, 30, of Providence, R.I., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and being a fugitive.

Franky Rodriguez, 25, of 264 Broad St., New London, was charged Wednesday with misuse of plates, driving or towing an unregistered vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance and failure to drive in proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
