Matthew J. Fuller, 25, of Essex was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to grant right of way at an intersecti­on and failure to obey stop sign.

Brent K. Trainer, 35, of North Kingston, R.I., was charged Feb. 24 with operating/towing an unregister­ed motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive on the right.

Sarah M. Lassiter, 32, of 70 Prospect St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Feb. 23 with three counts of violation of probation.

William R. Palmer, 38, of Voluntown was charged Feb. 23 with operating motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonab­ly fast, disobeying the signal of an officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Paul Clark, 42, of 47 Hunts Brook Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

John Lipusz Jr., 52, of 38 Lee St., was charged on Feb. 24 with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of narcotics.

Kristian Sneddon, 20, of 19 Pembroke Ave. was charged Tuesday with interferin­g with police.

Catrina L. Sneddon, 39, of 19 Pembroke Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

Devan T. Jarmon, 33, of 514 New London Turnpike was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree reckless endangerme­nt.
