Jennifer Almodovar, 34, of 93 State Pier Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, misuse of license plates, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry a driver’s license, failure to drive right, operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle and failure to renew registration.

Jason L. Hedges, 39, of Providence, R.I., was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

William C. Wernicki, 22, of 12 Teddy Lane, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of markers.

Evan McLeod, 31, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Ilijuan Lawrence, 20, of Hartford was charged Tuesday with driving when license is suspended or revoked.
