Melinda Holly, 28, of 74 Blackhall St., was charged Sunday with interfering with police.

Paul Crowe, 59, of 11 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lexus Cole, 27, of 102 Ocean Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, driving without a license and unsafe movement of a parked motor vehicle.

Jorge Santana, 39, of 281 State St., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David Lyons, 54, of 41 Ivy Court, Groton, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

Lorenzo Desantis, 24, of Aces High RV Park, East Lyme, was charged March 24 with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, carrying a pistol without a permit, having weapons in a vehicle and criminal possession of a firearm.

Norwich

Steven A. Cofone, 49, of 234 Dunham St., #2 was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree assault, attempted second-degree burglary, criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

Alijah Cafro, 41, of 29 Warren St. was charged Monday with failure to use signal, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, interfering with police and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John W. McLaughlin, 41, of 282 Palmer St. Extension was charged March 22 with failure to maintain insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and traveling unreasonably fast.

Shannon Y. Nazario, 39, of 495 Laurell Hill Ave., Norwich, was charged Jan. 29 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Francis G. Grace, 58, of 58 Denision Ave., Mystic, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.

James E. Norman, 58, of 286 North Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Jesse W. Porto, 44, of Milford, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
