Victoria Mortensen, 25, of Utica, N.Y., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with risk of injury to a child and leaving a child unsupervised in a place of public accommodation or motor vehicle.

Lisa Doan, 23, of East Hartford, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with reckless driving, passing on the right, following too closely, possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

Jasolyn S. Pizarro, 29, of Bridgeport, was charged Wednesday in East Lyme with first-degree assault of a Department of Correction employee and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.

Macy E. Browne, 26, of 15 Jeffrey Road, Pawcatuck, was charged April 7 with evading responsibility, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of markers.

Austin T. Serio, 20, of 101 Brookside Lane, Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
