David Roman, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from justice, operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.

Lucas Davis, 18, of Chester was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass.

Angelica Suarez-Herrera, 45, of 105 Shaw St. was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a child.

Ramon Bonano, 36, of 13 Melrose Park Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Brian Gauger, 43, of Colchester was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Danyell Fromerth, 48, of 189 Broad St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with failure to obey stop sign, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Ian Bochain, 38, of 38 Nashua St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating motorcycle without motorcycle license, interfering with an officer, failure to drive right and second-degree threatening.

State police — Montville

Nicholas Depietro, 30, of 154 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper turn/ stop-no signal and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Alexis Rodriguez, 31, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance or more than a halfounce of cannabis and conveying unauthorized item into institution.

Michaela M. Montigny, 23, of Griswold was charged Thursday on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief, use of motor vehicle without permission and third-degree assault.
