Andrew C. Candales, 50, of 10 Laurel Hill Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Matthew A. Hannuksela, 25, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Monday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Kylie R. Buffin, 18, of Griswold was charged Monday in Voluntown with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs under age 21.

Victor A. Pascual-Perez, 30, of 224 Montauk Ave., Apt. F2, New London, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey control signal.

Robbie G. Dickau, 18, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan V. Guardia, 43, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged Wednesday in Montville with interferin­g with police.

Randy T. Robinson, 42, of Griswold was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alexandria E. Palmer, 23, of Middletown was charged Wednesday in Preston with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain proper lane.

Linell Moseley, 37, of Bridgeport was charged Wednesday at Corrigan-Radgowski Correction­al Center in Montville with assault on a public safety officer.

Jessica L. Polizzi, 40, of 7 Watercress Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Charles Williams, 59, of 812 Stonington Road, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Furudron Morency, 18, of Veno Beach, Fla., was charged May 12 with driving without a license, failure to drive right and evading responsibi­lity.

Kevin F. Haggerty, 60, of 6 Elizabeth Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Curtis Watrous, 66, of 35R Lower Bartlett Road was charged Wednesday with first-degree threatenin­g and third-degree assault.
