James P. Castelli, 41, of 171 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and using an individual to bypass an ignition interlock device.

Brett Collins, 24, of 123 Oswegatchi­e Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with failure to carry a registrati­on or insurance card, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Groton Town

Javon McLemore, 21, of Margrate, Fla., was charged May 31 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

James R. Falk, 41, of 214 Route 2A, Prestion, was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without minimum insurance, misuse of plates and driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle.

Paul Carner, 58, of 64 Silas Deane Road was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Alyssa G Day, 39, of 60 Oakwood Knoll was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Alissa Sullivan, 27, of 12 Harland Road was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David Diaz, 27, of 15 Brainard St., New London, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Francisco E. Moreno, 33, of 236 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Francisco V. Ajpop, 38, of 23 N. Cliff St., #1, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, interferin­g with a police officer and littering.

Candyce Santo, 32, of Windham, was charged June 7 with failure to drive right and evading responsibi­lity.

Dionte Barker, 19, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged June 7 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam D. Allen, 21, of Baltic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive right.
