James P. Castelli, 41, of 171 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and using an individual to bypass an ignition interlock device.
Brett Collins, 24, of 123 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with failure to carry a registration or insurance card, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Javon McLemore, 21, of Margrate, Fla., was charged May 31 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
James R. Falk, 41, of 214 Route 2A, Prestion, was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without minimum insurance, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
