Kiari Mavis, 28, of 17 Tacoma Court was charged Tuesday with operating motor vehicle without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating motor vehicle without a license, use of drug parapherna­lia and possession of a controlled substance — first offense.

Richard L. Madore, 54, of 1500 Route 12, No. 22, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeremy Baxter, 47, of 77 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Agustin Rivera, 23, of 105 Spring Glen Road, Niantic, was charged June 11 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.
