David T. Tross, 41, of Prospect, was charged Saturday with second-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.

David L. Defosse, 32, of 86 McKinley Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Joshua Sullivan, 21, of 41 Lake St., No. 3, was charged Monday with two counts of interfering with police and one count each of disobeying an officer’s signal, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Mark L. Pates, 38, of 44 South A St. was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.

State police — Montville

Naiym N. Nation, 24, of 268 Route 2, Preston, was charged Saturday in Griswold with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and three counts of criminal violation of a restraining order.

Waterford

Jennifer Park, 55, of 1092 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
