Matthew Hamier, 35, of 611 Ocean Ave., B2, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Willie E. Petteway, 47, of 192 Lincoln Ave. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulat­ion and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Kristian Sneddon, 23, of 42 Jay St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Gina Taveras, 41, of 8 Cedar Grove Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

David L. Defosse, 32, of 86 McKinley Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Joshua Sullivan, 21, of 41 Lake St., No. 3, was charged Monday with two counts of interferin­g with police and one count each of disobeying an officer’s signal, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Mark L. Pates, 38, of 44 South A St. was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Naiym N. Nation, 24, of 268 Route 2, Preston, was charged Saturday in Griswold with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and three counts of criminal violation of a restrainin­g order.

Waterford

Jennifer Park, 55, of 1092 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
