Joshua Rock, 42, of Putnam, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Brian Smith, 53, of 14 Center St., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree breach of peace.

Fabio Walters, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

Shauna Clemons, 28, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Xavier Mangual, 33, of 43 Summer St., New London, was charged Saturday with engaging police in pursuit.

Vincent Yannacci, 50, of 3 Willow St., was charged Saturday with driving without required interlock device.

Frank Larrabee, 36, of 193 Thames St., Groton, was charged Saturday with misuse of license plates, failure to display license plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving with a suspended license, violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edwin Mendez, 31, of 41 Stewart Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and speeding.
