College Basketball ADAMS SCORES 38 TO LIFT WYOMING PAST NEW MEXICO

albuquerque» Josh Adams scored a career-high 38 points and Wyoming held off New Mexico 70-68 on Saturday.

Adams, a former Chaparral High School standout, hit seven 3-pointers and went 11-of-12 from the line, including the clinching free throws with 7.1 seconds left.

Jason McManamen added 10 for Wyoming (10-9, 3-3 Mountain West).
