through saturday. Spooky and whimsical stage shows are not hard to find this time of year, from the Aurora Fox’s season-opening “Dracula” (through Nov. 6; intended for mature audiences) to Vintage Theatre’s production of “Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka” (through Oct. 30). But perhaps most seasonally and age-appropriate for the little ones is Washington Irving’s immortal “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow,” which finishes its extended run at Miners Alley Children’s Theatre at 1 p.m. on Oct. 22. See Ichabod Crane in all his freakedout glory at Miner’s Alley Playhouse, 1224 Washington Ave. in Golden. Tickets are $10 and available by calling 303-935-3044 or visiting minersalley.com.
