Four more suspects have been arrested in the murder of teens Derek Greer and Natalie Partida, whose bodies were discovered March 12 on the side of a road near Fountain.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has booked Diego Chacon, 18; Joseph Arthur Rodriguez, 18; Marco Antonio Garcia-Bravo, 20; and Alexandra Marie Romero, 20; on multiple charges ranging from first-degree murder to kidnapping and child abuse and accessory.

Authorities already had arrested Gustavo Marquez, 19, on suspicion of two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of child abuse resulting in death. He is being held without bail at the El Paso County jail.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation remains ongoing and does not rule out further arrests, but feels the “key players” have been apprehended.

Greer, 15, and Partida, 16, were students at Coronado High School in Colorado Springs.
