Grab your favorite tanks, shorts and flip-flops: It’s summertime in Colorado.

That means we’ve made it past the long winter and we’re ready for craft beers on the patio, stellar live music, rodeos, familyfrie­ndly events, great food and the best festivals and events the summer months boast in the Centennial State.

There’s no chance at boredom after you’ve looked at this Colorado summer event roundup. We have festivals debuting this year and some oldies but goodies.

Chautauqua Summer Concert Series: Not only will you listen to amazing musical acts in one of the most unique venues in the state, you’ll also be celebratin­g Chautauqua Auditorium’s 120th season. Greeley Stampede: Saddle up and head up north for 12 days of fun at the Greeley Stampede. The summer event attracts nearly 250,000 guests to celebrate eight rodeo events, six national country and rock music acts, Colorado’s largest demolition derby and more.
