XERO CLAIMS TOP FLOOR OF NEW CIRCA BUILDING

Less than a year after moving its U.S. headquarters from San Francisco to the Denver area, accounting firm Xero said it is moving again. This time, it’s locating in Denver, reserving the top floor of the still-under-construction Circa Building on Platte Street.

Xero looked at its growth plans and realized it will outgrow its existing office in the Denver Tech Center next year. The company, which currently employs 130 people, expects to double its workforce in the next two to three years.

It signed a 10-year lease for the 30,000-square-foot top floor of the building, located at 1615 Platte Street. The company plans to move in July 2018. The company, which has its global headquarters in Melbourne, Australia, has 1,700 employees around the world.
