Imagine it then build it on an available homesite in Castle Pines Village

“For some custom buyers, a home will only be perfect if they get to design and build it from the ground up,” says Coldwell Banker Castle Pines broker Steve Redmond. “And although the opportunity is diminishing, we still have a handful of genuinely stunning homesites just waiting for the perfect design.”

Redmond is speaking about two available homesites on Castle Pines Village’s Ruby Trust Drive as well as a half-dozen sites in the brand new Settlement enclave. Just north of Castle Rock, Castle Pines Village is famous for its pine forests, Golf and Country Club and surrounding amenities. Recreational activities include swimming, hiking, tennis and the Village Lake Fitness Center.

Castle Pines Village offers 24-hour gated access, private security monitoring, over 11 miles of hiking trails, three pools, five tennis courts and world class golf. The community is convenient to I-25 and is a short drive to Park Meadows and DTC.

“Castle Pines has been an iconic Colorado address for decades,” added Redmond. “When I think about the neighborhoods that have set the bar for elegance and sophistication, Castle Pines Village always makes the list. Inside the Village’s gates, these sites represent all the drama, sophistication and ambiance that we’re known for.”

The first available homesite is 654 Ruby Trust Drive which is priced at $299,900. The homesite is one of the last remaining in the Promontory neighborhood. The site is more than three-quarters of an acre, is a walkout site and has abundant Ponderosa pines as well as views of Castle Rock and the mountains. The homesite is in an extremely private and quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The second site at 655 Ruby Trust Drive is priced at $399,000, “like living in a landscape painting,” said Redmond. The full acre wooded homesite has panoramic mountain views and enjoys brilliant sunsets. Perched above the town of Castle Rock at the end of a cul-de-sac, the site is surrounded by tall pine trees and open space on two sides. It is well suited for a walkout home design.

Also available are six Settlement homesites where buyers can build a custom home from the ground up. “This is some of the Village’s most desirable land,” said Redmond. The sites are priced from $295,000 to $499,000 and range between one-half to three-quarters acres. Replete with privacy and natural beauty, the sites are in an enclave with just 12 total sites that enjoy views and towering pines.

In addition to the Settlement homesites, two brand new custom estates are currently offered as well.
