Ravello estate open house set for Jan. 6 in BackCountry

-

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to see a oneof-a-kind custom residence and to get a taste of the atmosphere and lifestyle that’s put BackCountry on the map,” says BackCountry Custom Collection sales director Anne Shirer, announcing a one-day open house for Ravello Design Group’s most recent offering set for Jan. 6 from noon to 4 p.m. “Come see it today because after this one-of-a-kind estate is spoken for, it will be over a year before another home is ready for move-in.”

Now in its final phase, BackCountry’s Custom Collection is priced from the mid $2 millions and is exclusively marketed by Shirer of Keller Williams Executives Realty, Luxury Division, Highlands Ranch.

“Just this week two more homesites were spoken for and we have just this one remaining home available while others are built,” added Shirer. “It may be the last for this year but it’s a lovely representation of the homes that have made Backcountry a Front Range standard of elegance and luxury. All the details are finished — like the appliances, stair rails and final installations — so buyers can see and feel firsthand the scope and scale of this home.”

The Ravello home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, 5,336 finished square feet, a fourcar garage and is priced at $2.549 million. Owners will be welcomed home through a courtyard and covered colonnade. A foyer connects to the two-story great room that spills onto one the home’s covered decks. The kitchen features two islands, hearth room and breakfast nook and is connected to the dining room by a butler’s pantry. A main-floor study, two powder rooms as well as a bedroom with an en suite bath — an ideal guest suite — complete the home’s first level.

The upper level, accessed by dual staircases, is home to the owner’s suite that’s complete with walk-in closet, bath, fireplace and its own private deck. Three additional bedrooms, all with private baths, as well as a laundry room, round out the space. Ideal for expansion, the home also has a 3,400-squarefoot basement.

Standout features include its kitchen, outfitted with Viking appliances, as well as the home’s multiple fireplaces and curb appeal. Located on Evergold Way, the Ravello home is wrapped by mountain vistas from virtually every room.

Buyers can choose to design and build a home from scratch with BackCountry’s renowned builders, including Ades Design Builders, Alante’ Custom Homes, Auburn Homes, Bond General Contractors, Fletemeyer Homes, K2 Construction Management, Ravello Design Group and Terracina Custom Homes.

The Custom Collection is within walking distance to the community’s amenities, enjoy miles of wilderness trails, the BackCountry outdoor pool and outdoor amphitheater as well as the award-winning Sundial House.
