The Denver Post reported that a commonsense bill to ban bump stocks failed to pass out of a Republican-controlled state Senate committee. However, The Post failed to name all of the senators who killed this bill.
The Republican senators who voted against a bump-stock ban are Owen Hill, Vicki Marble and Jerry Sonnenberg. This is important information for all Colorado voters who are in favor of reasonable regulation of these deadly devices. Ken F. Kirkpatrick, Denver
