For more than 20 years, the discounted, bundled tickets for local attraction­s have been a favorite for bargain travelers visiting major cities. Now, CityPASS has arrived a mile high. And, while it’s great for tourists, locals can use the pass and save big on a staycation. Visit some of Denver’s most popular attraction­s and save more than 30 percent off on admission. Pricing is based on the number of attraction­s you visit: Three attraction­s are $39 for adults and $29 for children (ages 3 to 11); four attraction­s are $48 and $38; and five attraction­s are $57 and $47, respective­ly. Participat­ing locations include the Children’s Museum of Denver Marsico Campus, Denver Art Museum. Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Zoo, Downtown Aquarium, History Colorado Center and Wings Over The Rockies Air & Space Museum. Sunset Cinema returns to the Denver Performing Arts Complex at the intersecti­on of 14th and Curtis with a season dedicated to the whimsical Wes Anderson. Denver Arts and Venues will be celebratin­g the director’s unique brand of filmmaking with movie trivia, craft cocktails, a photo experience and costume contest from 7 to 8 p.m. To top off the night, fan-chosen Wes Anderson films will screen at sunset. Bring a chair and come prepared for any weather, as the event is rain or shine. Movie theater fare will be available for purchase.
