Daniel Pesch of Littleton was charged in 2017 for the 2010 murder of a Kiowa High School science teacher. The case had been suppressed since the moment it was filed. That order was lifted recently.
Frank Huner Jr. of Sedalia was charged in July 2017 with firstdegree murder for allegedly killing his son, whom he said he mistook for an intruder. News of his arrest peppered the media, but no more.
