ANTETOKOUN­MPO LEADS BUCKS TO 143-100 ROUT

Giannis Antetokoun­mpo matched his season high with 33 points and finished an assist short of a triple-double in three quarters as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 143-100 on Wednesday night. Antetokoun­mpo added 16 rebounds and nine assists in 30 minutes as the Bucks avenged an early season loss.

Jabari Parker had 20 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists, and the Chicago Bulls beat the Phoenix Suns 124-116 to stop a fourgame slide.

Joel Embiid had 31 points and 19 rebounds, and the Philadelph­ia 76ers beat the New Orleans Pelicans 121-120 after Anthony Davis missed the third of three free throws with 2.5 seconds left. The 76ers are 10-0 at home this season.

James Harden scored a season-high 43 points and Clint Capela added 27 as the Houston Rockets held off the Detroit Pistons to get their fifth straight win, 126-124.
