At master-planned Reunion, nor thwest of DIA, you can not only find one of the best assor tments of model homes to tour, but also a community that undoubtedly of fers the best value on amenities in the entire metro area.

You can see that up-close today, when Reunion hosts its Sunday Farmers Market (continuing through Oct. 13) alongside its 52-acre namesake park, with a 21,000-squarefoot rec center.

Last week, the park hosted a car show, and earlier this year developer Oakwood Homes conver ted a lakeside sales center into Reunion Cof fee House (open Monday-to-saturday), where residents have a scenic setting to meet neighbors, with profits that benefit a job training group. The shop won the MAME Award as Amenity of the Year for the entire Denver area last year.

Reunion’s amenity component runs to 152 acres of parks, including a second, large recreation site set to arrive near East 104th Avenue and Tower Road, with restaurants, a large indoor swimming pool, and soccer and

baseball fields. That’s in addition to Buf falo Run Golf Course, adjoining Reunion’s nor thwest neighborhoods — attracting some great oppor tunities here for value-priced luxur y homes.

Also, there’s the Back Nine at Reunion by Richmond American Homes, with a large, new ranch model open that backs to the fairways, and with prices starting in the mid-$400s.
