Colorado Book Awards finalists announced
Editor’s note: Due to the rapidly changing coronavirus outbreak, many events around Colorado are being canceled or postponed. As of press time, these readings are still taking place, but attendees should check with organizers for updates.
The nominees for the Colorado Book Awards were announced last week, giving us one more reason (as if we needed more) to stay home and read.
Author readings are being held at Bookbar, 4280 Tennyson St. in Denver, starting April 4. Check bookbardenver.com for the schedule and details.
Winners will be announced at a reception on May 30 at the Evans School on Acoma Street in Denver. For more information on the awards or the reception, go to coloradohumanities.org or call 303894-7951.
