Last chance: As Toll Brothers moves into final homes in Inspiration, residents are showing pride of ownership

-

If anyone ever doubted just how nice Toll Brother’s age-55-plus Hilltop at Inspiration would turn out to be, they should drive the area now and see how much love and attention residents are putting into their homes—in the form of decorator landscaping and outdoor living spaces.

“People who live here are showing amazing pride of ownership,” says Toll Brothers’ Tanya Miller, who is looking ahead to the final 33 homes that the builder will ever offer in the community.

Those include a handful of roomy ranches Toll Brothers has as ‘Qmis’—quick-move-in homes that could have you enjoying the holidays in Inspiration, with its lineup of friendship-fostering events centered around a view swept Hilltop House community

pool center. Those homes are among a very small number of quick deliveries available anywhere in the Denver area now.

One of those is a Trelease ranch design—much like one of the six ranch model homes you can tour today—two bedrooms, two baths, 2,186 sq. feet of finished space including a gourmet kitchen upgrade and a gas fireplace in the family room, plus an expanded 2-car garage. It’s on track to deliver around Thanksgiving and is priced at $783,995.

Meanwhile, Toll Brothers’ location, wrapped in community trails and just 15 minutes from the heart of the Denver Tech Center via E-470, is now prompting some sales over $1 million.

During your visit, you’ll see residents out using their 11 miles of community trails, linking into the Piney Creek Trail and Cherry Creek Trail, and from there into Denver’s vast trail system beyond.

“People tell us they’re amazed by how easy it is to meet other people here,” says Miller; adding that Inspiration residents show a love of the outdoors that’s reflected in the improvements they’ve been making to their homes during the past year— more trees and shrubs, along with courtyards and expanded outdoor living spaces.

They’re being joined by new residents, around half of them coming from out of state, wanting to be close to Colorado kids and grandkids.

When you tour, you’ll see how close this is to shopping and dining at Southlands, in Park Meadows in Lone Tree, and in Parker’s historic downtown—just five minutes from Inspiration. In addition to Hilltop House with its resort pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and gathering places for clubs and social events, there are more amenities that residents enjoy as part of Inspiration’s master plan.

Among those final 33 offerings, Toll Brothers has some infill sites where you can start one of these ranch plans from scratch, affording special opportunities to have it personalized.

“Either way, you need to visit Inspiration now if you want to become part of it,” says Miller. “We’ve sold very well early this summer and expect that to remain strong this fall.”

To visit, exit E-470 at Gartrell and turn south one mile.

“People tell us they’re amazed by how easy it is to meet other people here.”
