A lawsuit has been filed in Los Angles by a woman claiming that Von Miller distributed a sexually explicit photo of her to “two well-known celebrities.”

The complaint alleges that Miller shared the photo in May of 2020 while “consumed by rage and jealousy,” TMZ Sports first reported.

Miller and the woman, identified as Jane Doe in the filing, were dating in 2020 when they “allegedly took personal and private photos together during sexual acts — with the understanding they would never be shared,” according to TMZ. The lawsuit claims the first message was sent on May 7, 2020, allegedly saying: “This the (expletive) you want? You can have her dawg.”

Miller, a former Pro Bowl linebacker with the Denver Broncos who was named Super Bowl 50 MVP, has run into legal issues in the past, mostly traffic offenses.

In Colorado, in August 2011, he was arrested after failing to appear on misdemeanor traffic charges. He was cited for driving with a suspended license a month after that and pleaded guilty to three traffic offenses between 2012 and 2013. He was ordered to complete 24 hours of community service and take a driving class.

In March 2021, the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office declined to file criminal charges based on a Parker Police Department investigation. The DA’S office concluded that evidence produced in the police case did not meet the minimum requirements for filing and maintaining criminal charges.

On the field, Miller was suspended by the NFL for six games in 2013 for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.

Miller, who was a member of the Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams, signed a sixyear contract with the Buffalo Bills in March.
