Riders, Cardinals keep rolling.

From staff reports NEW BREMEN — The St. Marys Roughrider­s bowling teams swept Marion Local in non-league action, while the New Bremen Cardinals boys and girls bowling teams hosted Fort Loramie on Tuesday with the teams splitting their matchups.

The Roughrider­s boys team defeated the Flyers 2,682-2,387 while the girls won their match 2,386- 2,142.

ries. Carter Monbeck rolled a 204 and Junior Hurley rolled a 170. The two combined for a second-game score of 145. Bradyn Fetters rolled one game, finishing with a 157.

The Roughrider­s girls team was led by Lily Steinberg’s series of 345, followed by Tricia Yahl with a 315 series, Chloe Gibson with a 311 and Emily Pond with a 282.

Bowling one game each for St. Marys were Kayla Homan (201) and Alli McColliste­r (128).

The New Bremen Cardinals boys and girls bowling teams hosted Fort Loramie on Tuesday with the teams splitting their matchups.

The Cardinals boys team remained undefeated with a 2,4242,321 victory against the Redskins in West Ohio High School Bowling Conference play.

Maverick Nelson led the way for the Cardinals (5-0) with a 445 series, followed by Jared Bergman with a 348 series, Wyatt Dicke, who rolled a 306 and Jackson Wilson, who finished with a 262 series.

Bowling one game each for New Bremen were Clint Voress (122) and Hunter Williams (157).

Fort Loramie was led by Felix Bulcher’s two-game series score of 362, followed by Clint Hilgefort’s 345 series.

New Bremen also won the Baker games

The New Bremen Cardinals girls bowling team fell to Fort Loramie 2,091-1,885 in WOHSBC action on Tuesday.

Emma Bambauer led the Cardinals (2-2) with a 338 series, followed by Emma Keller with a 323 series. Alyana Ross rolled a 206 series and Megan Ritter finished with a 239. Bowling one game each for the Cardinals were Callie Wells (86) and Katie Howell (150).

Danielle Wendeln led the Redskins with a 309 series, followed by Mallory Lessing with a 278.

The Cardinals lost the Baker games 709543.

Both New Bremen teams will play Marion Local in a Midwest Athletic Conference match on Saturday.
