Jensen, 70, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, February 26, 2021 at his home in Weldona. He was born June 28, 1950 to Don & Majorie Jensen. Gary attended schools in Fort Morgan and Wiggins and graduated from Wiggins High School in 1968. He furthered his education at UNC in Greeley.

After college, Gary returned home to help operate the family farm.

On July 18, 1992, Gary married his loving wife, Cindy Taylor in Fort Morgan. During their almost 30 years of marriage, Gary & Cindy enjoyed spending time with family and friends, vacationing to wonderful new places and watching their grandkids grow and flourish. Gary especially enjoyed attending and videoing his grandkids sporting events.

Gary was a lifetime member of the B.P.O.E. #1143, Fort Morgan and he also participated in many farm related organizations through the years. He loved playing golf and could been seen on the course, rain or shine. He was also an avid

Denver Broncos fan.

Gary is survived by his wife, Cindy; his mother, Marge; his sister, Donna; brothers, Larry and Lee; his daughter, Brandi; and his stepchildren, Eric (Mollie) and Angie (Damon); and his grandchildren, Garret, Logan, Jaci, Dylan,

Josh, and Amber; and his great granddaughter, Austyn. He was preceded in death by his father,

Don.

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 6th at 2:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Fort Morgan. Due to COVID restrictions, the service will be limited to 100 people, but it will be livestream at:

Memorial donations may be made in Gary's memory in care of Heer Mortuary, 225 E. Platte Ave., Fort Morgan, CO 80701. The donations will be used to purchase a memorial bench for the golf course.
